HALLOWEEN TREAT BAG TOPPERS

Here are my last Halloween projects for this year.  Treat bags for my co-workers.  For the topper I welded two cuts from Storybook.  All of the other cuts are from Paperdoll dress-up and Celebrate with Flourish.
